How to clear browser cache?

Here’s how to clear browser cache in some of the most popular browsers:

Google Chrome:

  • Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window
  • Select “More tools” from the drop-down menu
  • Click “Clear browsing data”
  • Select “Cached images and files” and any other data you want to remove
  • Click “Clear data”

Mozilla Firefox:

  • Click the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner of the Firefox window
  • Select “Options”
  • Click “Privacy & Security” on the left side of the page
  • Scroll down to the “Cached Web Content” section
  • Click “Clear Now”

Apple Safari:

  • Click “Safari” in the upper-left corner of the screen
  • Select “Clear History and Website Data”
  • Choose the desired time range and click “Clear History”

Microsoft Edge:

  • Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Edge window
  • Select “Settings”
  • Click “Privacy & security”
  • Scroll down to the “Clear browsing data” section
  • Click “Choose what to clear”
